we didn't get the stay at the hotel we booked, it's our honeymoon trip and it got spoiled because of your poor booking system.

Stay was really good at ws beach resort & spa, staffs are quite decent and gives very good service, rooms are too good and spacious, morning breakfast has too many varieties and vast. Overall had a good stay and will suggest everyone to visit here!

The stay was horrible, the hotel is not good for family, first of all you get negativity after seeing the lobby, people are walking in lobby while smoking cigarette, drinking next to swimming pool in group, at night 4 o'clock some bachelor's are creating noise, electricity also went twice at night for some 5-5 min, water stopped at morning bath time for about 30 min. If someone closes next door it feels like your door is knocked. In short not suitable stay for family and couples.

Toilets not cleaned. No hygiene maintained in restaurant. They charge for complimentary stuff i. E. Water or dental kits
