Review Of Taj Venture Hotel In Agra Near Tajmahal

reception not have etticates to address the issue, room are bad, TV not working, water pressure not coming in bath room, cool water not available, intercom not working, room are dirty and smelling. Its my worst experience with taj venture agra. Hotel is distroying name of taj.

There is problem in everything like washroom, jack, tap. We book the hotel with breakfast but and they refused to give us snacks as they don't have that time.

The place is nothing like the pictures. It was run down. No hot water. The door lock was faulty. The bath fittings were rusted. The approach road was no good. It was definitely not worth the rating or the cost. Horrible experience.
