Terrible Stay
Poorest service ... The Front Desk staff is not cooperative. No Hot Water in Bathroom. Linens not changed inspite of repeated request. TV Cable not recharged . Overall a bad experience. Breakfast is good and cooperative staff

Family Vacation
Such a wonderful experience, awesome stay at hotel, nice facilities. Seen Taj and Fort. Pool, garden area, food everything is luxurious. Manager assisted us nicely. Special Thanks To Seven Hills Staff. 5

Excellent Stay
Stay was absolutely fine with a great staff great hotel. Dining hall/restaurant people are amazing and the food is so delicious. I fully recommend these hotel and you must have your breakfast and dinner there...it's better than any other option.

Terrible Stay
I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and it was a terrible experience this time. On the first day, despite requesting room cleaning, the staff did not clean the room. In the evening, I had to wait 30 minutes at the reception to get the room cleaned.The food on the second day was tasteless, and they didn’t even set up the breakfast buffet. Instead, a waiter served food on request, but the service was so slow that I left without eating. Additionally, there was no hot or cold water option in the bathroom-only scalding hot water, which was uncomfortable to use.

Comfortable stay. Swimming pool is bit small. Roof top canteen was not in operation due to renovation. Experience would’ve been better with roof canteen

Average Stay
Room was not clean and thus we had to ask them for cleaning the room. One thing was literally bad at the time of checkout we asked them to give a glass of water or one bottle at least. They didn’t served us. This is hospitality. It’s kinda average.
