I booked a property through MakeMyTrip, but upon arrival my partner was met with unprofessional behavior from the reception, who tried to charge more than the online price. Despite booking in front of them, they claimed the property name was different and redirected me to another nearby property that was much worse than advertised. The check-in process was delayed by two hours, and you felt unsafe as it was nighttime. Overall, it was your worst online booking experience, with misleading photos, overcharging attempts, and poor service.

The bathroom are not clean, no soap dispenser, no water for drinking and moreover the receptionist denied us citing that this is not the required hotel. On enquiring from nearby and insisting only, the indl gave us room. Saying that it was fault on his part and all other excuses. Terrible experience.

Room infra was very bad condition, dirty bathroom, no proper light in room, hot water issue etc.

Poor service booking krayi hamne or hame bola ki ye itne kam ka room nhi hai h mare papas fir discount kyu dete ho app par hataa do hotel apna paise le lye h mare se booking ke baad bhi very cheap hotel no towel na koi pooch-ta hai aakar

Although my expectations were not higher upon booking, but never been in such a worst hotel - ac was not efficient & filter was cleaned by staff after multiple requests due to allergen dust. - rooms were not tidy after several dry & wet mops as dust re-settles from ac. - washroom fittings & taps were damaged with scales and may cause injury on usage. - all 03 dishes in complementary breakfast * housekeeping to be improved & all washroom fittings to be replaced * ac efficiency to be checked during check-in * avoid complementary breakfast as extensive menu in affordable rates available at nearby restaurants

Manager was very rude, room was very dirty, toilets were unhygienic and health faucet was not working.

Not clean. Poorly maintained. Terrible value for money. Poor staff approach

The rooms are very dirty and dusty. TV was not functional. There were no hot water facility. Loud noise in the vicinity made our evening terrible. Restaurant is overpriced.

Very poor and very bed hotel please for god shake dont come here to stay for single night other wise your night will not pass and you will wait for sunrise.
