poor hotel service is very pethatic I had order some dinner food they not gave any kind of salad after many remainder also and my room is breakfast included but they serve in breakfast only table not buffet and they give me only aalu paratha and tea but in hotels clearly mentioned treebo standard breakfast menu but they denied and I had asked for some boiled egg and omlette again they denied waiter says it's chargeble. my money is totally waist .and I had a two rooms

Terrible Stay
first washroom of the allotted Room is in terrible condition, when we have asked the hotel staff they changed the room, in that bed sheet is not in good condition towel is also not there, in morning breakfast time hotel staff asked me to pay the bill, when we have asked our booking is with breakfast then they checked but we feel very awkward as all the other guest watching all this in the restaurant.

Average Stay
familyLet me tell you the only Good part was the Room quality, it was well maintained and hygienic but they didn’t provide the basic stuff like water, tea coffee ready to make kit due to shortage and hot water in the bathroom , next day morning they gave Emerson coil for water heating. The complimentary breakfast was also limited only paratha was served. But the staff was courteous though they were inexperienced. If they improve on providing basic services it can be a nice place for budget hotel needs.

Very poor hotel, people are drinking alcohol and smoking openly and talking in abusive language not recommended for any familly

An Average to bad Experience
family with 1 kidThe staff was amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. Hotel is in the centre of Agra close to Taj Mahal which makes it easy for visit. However, there were baby cockroach in the room and the walls were damped because of which there was a particular pungent smell. Further, on the first morning we had to do the breakfast in the basement and there was a foul smell of washroom. Room lock was also a issue. Also there was extreme noise of the other guests as they were shouting in the corridor and the hotel management was unable to control it. There is no hot water facility in the hotel

Ok experience
Pros location is near to taj mahal cons my room's bathroom flush cistern was not working so was a bit of uneasy situation. On repeated complaints also, the staff did not repaired it ( don't know why) however they changed my room the next morning. The complimentary breakfast also had very limited options. Only veg was available. Quality could have been better as well. Also the service was very slow and bit delayed.

Terrible Stay
It looks like the room has never been clean since its opening. There was dust everywhere, even the kettle had dust. The worst and worst part there was bed bugs and still suffering from itching. Me and my family did not sleep for even a minute. Worst experience ever. Never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel and go through the same disaster.
