soloAdvantage of property is that its very near to caranzalem beach. Property has a restaurant but that serves strictly persian food so you have to go out for even a tea or order food from swiggy. Owner at reception is not so receptive.

familyBeach facing room is best. Close proximity to major places in central goa. Property is pretty old and not that well maintained, but did not face any issues in the service.

Food was not good the ambience is also okay not good for kids and families the nearest place of miramar beach hotel was good but inside the room was not perfect

The room is so dirty and also the bedsheet is not clean. The housekeeping staff is very good. But front office staff does not understand anything. Swimming pool so dirty.
