Polite staff and Manager, friendly and courteous. Neat and tide. It's a good place to stay for a low budget booking.

window door was locked properly, anyone can jump into our room anytime, so many calls to owner and reception but no help, actually it's not hotel, just they put some cot and doing business, we couldn't sleep the whole night. I may be plan to go consumer court within this week as makemytrip also not helpfull.

It was worth for the price , very near to temple. Will comeback for sure

The hotel is not having minimum facilities. Worst maintenance and very poor cleanliness. We paid Rs. 2500 and experienced not even Rs.250. Please don't include these kind of hotels which will lost reputation to MMT

no water ac not working The washroom is not clean fans are making a high sound no cupboard no tv worst experience no proper address it took 1.30 hrs to find the location

This is a hopeless stay! It is neither a hotel nor a lodge! It is just 5 or 6 rooms in an apartment building in 2nd floor. There is no lift and we are 3 people, me & my wife are nearing 70 years and my cousin is also close to 60 years. You can just imagine old people climbing 37 steep steps every time we go down to get some essentials. The old man who claims he is the manager is highly dis courteous. He cares a damn for anybody. We had to shift the luggage ourselves. There is no room boy. Even to take tea/ coffee/water or breakfast or lunch or dinner we had to climb up & down totally 74 steps. Just imagine our plight at 70 years age. The bathroom is stinking & terrible. There is a common tap for both bath & toilet. I am running short of words to explain how terrible it is!!! I have traveled all over Bharath but never stayed in such a worst place throughout my 40 years of travel to several places.!!! Just we came back to hyderabad & taking rest for body & leg pains!!! We will neither recommend this swasthik stay nor we shall recommend Make my trip to anybody.

Trip booked for two days. It was terrible after check in All the amenities mentioned by Swasthik stays are bogus. Full of foul smell in the property. No window curtain. A Cloth inserted on the pipes which also fell down. I vacated after two hours of stay. A boy in the property offered to show another room.but I denied stating the reason. Further the stay is at the second floor which is very difficult to step in by me.As a senior citizen I felt so sad to choose this property. I think MMT is not at all verified the genuineness of the property before listing. worst experience
