Location is in a congested street with crowded traffic. There is no proper car parking facilities Staff not at all co operative , no proper communication and their attitude is not friendly There is no proper maintenance, fowl smelling rooms and cleanliness part totally zero No bath towels provided, No hot water facilities, no WiFi, TV not working with no cable connection , no intercom facilities Complementary Breakfast no provided as per the offer In short, this property is not worth for the money

The room wasn't clean and smelly. AC wasn't working. No toiletries provided. Lots of cobwebs seen around. Complimentary breakfast provided at a different site was good. The stay at the facility was average. Cobwebs seen around and lizards running around. Of course the complimentary breakfast provided at a different site was good enough. Car parking too was pathetic.

RK Recidency is below the big ZERO rating hotel and I will strongly recommend to others to not book this if they offer free stay also. 1.No parking place for car 2.No restaurant in hotel 3.Very bad condition rooms 4.Bath rooms are in very bad condition 5.No hot water available in the hotel 6.Breakfast provided in other hotel which is far away from this hotel and that hotel service also very bad condition Note:- Providing review for this hotel is loosing self respect 😞

property is under demolition and is very old and is not worthy of the price. we didn't stay there and booked a different stay.pl avoid make my trip as well as photos are deceiving and price is very high.

This hote is in poor maintenance and rooms are very old. Eventhough they are giving complimentary breakfast we have to go for some other restaurant which is half km from this. So many mosquitoes roaming around. Within half day we vacated this and shifted to other hotel

Good reception at hotel after entering. Room is good. The only concern is more car parking.

The rooms were ill maintained, we were first given a room with broken toilet seat, the person at the counter was rude to us when we raised the complaint, the other room given to was also not so good, there was no service of basic tea or coffee. The complimentary breakfast provided was in a different hotel, to which we had to walk.

Most stuff don't work. The property is not well kept. Cleanliness is a major issue. staff is uninterested. it's quite different from what is listed on portal

Very old building not maintained properly. Lift were back side of the hotel. No lighting. All waste alcohol bottles and garbage were dumped near lift. Lift and rooms were not maintained. Taps, toilets were also not clean. Car parking space is limited. Not worth for the amount paid. Make my trip should encourage such hotels. Trusting on mm t i have chosen this hotel and wasted money

it’s one night stay though the price is high compare to direct booking, have no option. But once we entered room it’s stinking.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. There were used alcohol bottles in the cupboard. There was tv in the room, remote no where & tv did not work.

The rooms are very bad. I am fully disappointed about rooms. My rooms has free breakfast option while booking. The hotel owner refused to give free brekfast. It irtited me much. How we can tolerate this.

Totally mismanaged dirty water points defective no clean bed adequate blankets bed sheets not given noisy electric points poorly managed like the water taps

Room are some old. No intercom, overall average. Hotel. Not good for those people who was luxury in hotel
