Annai Residency

This Annai Residency is conveniently located near mayiladuthurai bus stand. The rooms were okay, however, the bedsheet were not clean in one area. The room had a good cable tv connection. The fan is always set to high speed with no option to reduce speed. I stayed in the ground floor, so, at times it can be noisy. The bathroom was fine, however i did find a cockroach. They gave bath towel, toilet soap, and shampoo on request. However, no dental kit was provided. Complimentary water bottles were provided. Coming to the negative, this Annai Residency has a peculiar habit of switching of ac when no one is in the room. When you come from hot sun, only fan works. I have to call reception always to switch on my ac which they control from reception. I know this is current saving measure, but it causes discomfort to guests, as the room takes a considerable amount of time to cool. Also, the manager has a peculiar habit of checking the guests whether they are in the room. Even though i was going in and out of the room, he said he couldn’t find me all the day. I found it peculiar. Also, this is a christian Annai Residency, and you can find christian-related slogans in the reception.

It's ok. But cleanliness has to be improved. Blanket is a must for a/c rooms- one person blanket - that too thin one provided. When a couple stay in a room, you need two towels, two soap, two shampoo, but provided only one each. When asked about wifi- it's available only in reception, is the answer. Rooms are not sound isolated. We could observe what people are speaking in the other room.

Location is ok. No restaurant attached in the property. Amenities are average. They didn't keep the accommodation for my checking in time. Had to wait for half an hour, even though we went there several hours after permitted check-in time ie 12 noon

The ambiance is delightful, with attentive staff members providing excellent service. The rooms boast ample space and are impeccably clean and tidy. Convenient car parking facilities are also available. Overall, it's a fantastic area to be in.

The Annai Residency is in a primary junction of mayiladuthurai. Rooms are clean, well maintained and has running hot water. Pr-king is available upto 2 cars.

It's good for solo travellers, and all the important places are easily accessible from this Annai Residency mainly near the town bus stand.

It is a decent and clean Annai Residency. Price is average.

Even no room service, we can manage ourself. Overall is okay. Nesct time i surely come to this Annai Residency only. Economy

The Annai Residency was neat and clean. All services were provided. We were provided with breakfast and lunch as per our needs. We enjoyed our stay here
