HOTEL PAMS

Not a pleasant stay,the entrance was untidy and the room had a bad smell. booked for two days but stayed only one night. will not be able to recommend to family and friends.

Neat and clean rooms. kind and polite staffs. Great vegetarian food. Best place to stay.

First 4 days stay was good. But when we moved to the 2 adults room. It is not that good. Also we two people only staying. Since we are having our mom’s home in the same area. But today we want to put our purchase items to the room. They are asking are you three staying. That looks ugly.

Food was average ... Air conditioning stopped working in the night . Other way the reception staff was very friendly .

The rooms are okay. But the service at the restaurant was very disappointing . No proper service for the food and we had to call multiple times and request for extra portion as the portions was very less . The staff were rude

It’s in the heart of the city. Room is good. But facilities like hand wash liquid at bathroom can be provided. Dental kit also can be provided. No news paper in the delux room. It’s only provided in the supreme room. I suggest that either provide news paper to all or don’t provide. Breakfast was decent. Can provide little more options in menu

Property is well maintained, in the middle of the city, Food and in room service were good.

Hotel is located in the centre of the city which made it convenient for visiting all temples nearby. Food was very tasty and fresh and their service was very good. The room was neat and clean but there was no hair dryer. Overall the service was very good. I would recommend this place for a short time peaceful stay.

Temple tour. Hotel arranged for car. The drivers were real nice . Dining was excellent and the service was simply amazing

Overall a very good experience. Had a very smooth checkin and checkout Rooms were good and big enough. Hot water was available. Rooms and bathroom were clean. Inhouse restaurant had good food options and food was tasty.

Clean and safe rooms. Hot water and AC works as advertised. Food is good, but they don’t serve any alcohol ( beer etc) during dinner. Hotel staff is very helpful and ample parking on site.

Bad was not clean and comfortable, for that price point i could not get good service done. I don't have

Good place to stay. Nice restaurant. Courteous staff excluding the security at parking, who is literally not allowing anyone to leave without tips

Not value for money, room rent is high but amenities and services provided is not up to the mark. Even for extra bed have to wait for more than two hours.

Not value for money. Bedsheets were dirty. Breakfast served was cold. Not many options in breakfast. Also room infrastructure was not comfortable

The rooms was ok, neat and clean. The food was very average, the management is not giving any importance to the food, no variety nor given items was also not that great or good. For the cost they get almost equal to a ii tire location and the service they give on food and other amenities on stay is complete zero. I will not stay again with pams hotel.

* room was spacious enough for 2 people with a sep. Wardrobe area. * we had breakfast (compl, lunch and dinner. Food was good and reasonably priced. * location is convenient, in the heart of the city and near the mylai bus stand. * new lifts, good and simple decor.
