Little bit outer from Kumbakonam main. Area was residential and good. Family friendly. Could have been a bit cleaner. Host were courteous and supportive of arranging vehicles at economical price. There is no secured private parking. Roadside parking was available.

I travelled to Kumbakonam with my family of 5 members for religious visit. The stay in this place was nothing less than heaven. The rooms are great and well maintained for family stay. The owner of the property stays within reach and very polite. The place has access to nearby temples, and has good facilities like AC, water heater, mini kitchen, and dish tv. Don’t miss out food service provided by the owner. It’s by far the best food I had in Kumbakonam, fresh homemade and unbelievably cheap. I would look no where else if I want to visit Kumbakonam or nearby places in future.

Average staying experience. They mentioned car parking is available but there is no car parking slot provide for my car and we parked outside of hotel. As per my experience please go for another room for this budget

The stay was good. Calm and silent location. The homestay is 2-3 kms from swamimalai temple. The rooms and bathrooms were clean.

Location was near to the temple and peaceful environment. Staff was very humble and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean.

We booked a family room. It had 2 bedrooms with one attached bathroom and one common, kitchen(no amenities though, and a common hall. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food is also available at the place, however, we have inform well in advance. The place is in the outskirts of the city. So, its calm and easy to get parking space. The host speaks english, was nice and helped us plan the temple visits.

No wall hanger in the room and no towel rod in the bathroom. No air freshener also in the room. Overall it was ok

We booked a family room, the stay was decent and good. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Definitely, will book again if we visit kumbakonam next time.

This is the second stay for our family in this home stay and it was as good as it was the last time. We got what we asked for. Water, additional beds, towels were provided on demand, as most family were bringing these items for their stay. Rooms were neat and clean. Coffee (not free) was good. I would definitely recommend this home stay for others. Thanks to the owner for making good arrangements for the stay!

This is the second time i am booking my stay here and stay was pleasant as the last time stay. If you want a comfortable stay without food option, then this is go to place. Important thing to note: ask what you need during your stay. If you need towels, extra beds, water bottle, coffee, etc, you need to ask for it.

It was an ok non ac room, they dint provide any additional things like water or towels, had to ask and get it, room full of mosquito, wasn't cleaned properly
