What amount a you show ke i already paid from my account online but when i visited they were asking for more noney and took 400rs more

There is no facility of any kind, even breakfast was not provided although it was included in my charges, no room lock is available, bathroom is dirty, bed is in bad condition and one cannot sleep on it. poor experience 😞😞😞😞

Bed experience ever

Hotel denied to checkin i was walking on the road at night. Also there was no help from make Mytrip side. I have called to them more than 100+ time but no response. Guys do not make any booking through Make Mytrip. Its fake site and making the fool to the peoples and financial harassed.

At the time of checkin, the hotel didn’t find my booking id even though i have booking confirmation on email. I had to leave the hotel as they were asking me to book the hotel again. Now it has been 4-5 days and i have no notification on my refund. What a terrible experience it was and now i am not sure if i am gonna receive my refund or not.

Denied check in. No trace of property. It's a horrible experience. Should i suit against you.

Terrible experience - the hotelier not allowed check in. They said as if no booking has been confirmed from mmt. Whereas, i had full paid booking amount and confirmation slip. Upon calling customer care, they also failed to manage booking, neither the customer care could arrange another hotel. I had to pay the booking amount even 500 rs extra of. Don't know when i would get the reimbursement. Secondly there was cockroach, flies in the room. Toilet fittings was also broken. I had to inform repeatedly to repair. Thirdly, housekeeping services was also very poor. Overall terrible experience

Location - i arrived here in evening at about 7. 30 pm. There was no name signboard or whatever is, not fit with light. So at first it was difficult for me to find it out. After searching thoroughly, finally i could find it put. Room - hotel denied my check in as it was not conveyed to their end. The customer care person only could refund my booking amount, but couldn't settle the booking with hotel. I had to pay the room charge (even 500 extra,. The room no. 105, which was initially provided to me, was on extreme back side, small and too much shabby. Bed sheet was not clean. I had to ask the housekeeping to change it. There were flies, cockroaches, mosquito in the room. I reported, they neglected. Lastly when i videoed it and showed to reception, then they changed the room. In the second room (no. 108) the commode-shower with western toilet was not working. The top(head) was broken. I repeatedly told them to look after. Every-time they assured me that plumber would visit. But he came on second day. I was in big trouble to get washed after toilet. In name of toilet accessories only they provided a towel and two soaps and on the first day only. They not changed towel. Nothing else. At morning i asked for one cup of tea. The kitchen told me "ek cup nehi hoga. Do cup hoga. I told "mera ek cup chaiye" (as i was single. Then astonishingly they told "bohut time lage ga ek cup banane se! that seemed to me, they were intending to pushing me. How notorious! overall - bad experience.

1. Location of hotel is not correct(was roaming here and there for the room) 2. Reception is worst 3. Room service is not good (bathroom was stinking when we went) 4. There is no lock to the room and when asked they said lock will nit be provided and that no body will enter our room when we go out. 5. Telephonic service not available 6. Worst experience in a hotel ever.

The welcome is warm, and the chairs are comfy. Friendly and inviting.
