Location - i arrived here in evening at about 7. 30 pm. There was no name signboard or whatever is, not fit with light. So at first it was difficult for me to find it out. After searching thoroughly, finally i could find it put. Room - hotel denied my check in as it was not conveyed to their end. The customer care person only could refund my booking amount, but couldn't settle the booking with hotel. I had to pay the room charge (even 500 extra,. The room no. 105, which was initially provided to me, was on extreme back side, small and too much shabby. Bed sheet was not clean. I had to ask the housekeeping to change it. There were flies, cockroaches, mosquito in the room. I reported, they neglected. Lastly when i videoed it and showed to reception, then they changed the room. In the second room (no. 108) the commode-shower with western toilet was not working. The top(head) was broken. I repeatedly told them to look after. Every-time they assured me that plumber would visit. But he came on second day. I was in big trouble to get washed after toilet. In name of toilet accessories only they provided a towel and two soaps and on the first day only. They not changed towel. Nothing else. At morning i asked for one cup of tea. The kitchen told me "ek cup nehi hoga. Do cup hoga. I told "mera ek cup chaiye" (as i was single. Then astonishingly they told "bohut time lage ga ek cup banane se! that seemed to me, they were intending to pushing me. How notorious! overall - bad experience.
