The manager was too rude and he demanded extra 1000 than the already paid amount on app, otherwise he told me that he not going to hand over the key of the room.

Extra money demand
pathetic experience, don't go there. for attract customer they showing low price. when you cheak in they demand extra money almost 80%.

Disgusting service
Room was dirty, dustbin was very stinky, toilet sit was missing and water mug was broken, tv card was expired, towel was stinky, breakfast was not available, tea coffee was not available, bathroom light was not working, after asking for so many times they changed the mug but did not changed the light. Room was in the 2nd floor, there is no lift, i asked them to carry my luggage to the room, but they refused to do so. I had to carry them in the room.

Absolutely unprofessional staffs
I had a very poor experience while staying in this hotel. Room was dirty, poorly maintained, foul smelling blankets and so on. Toilet was also poorly maintained. Avoid staying in this hotel.

It's very good
Everything is good about the hotel. I had left my Aadhar card with them by mistake and I went back and they gave it back to me. The only area where they need a little bit of improvement is food. The taste to cost ratio is very bad.

Last night.
We were gone to this hotel and it was a peaceful day, I have ever spent. All the staffs are really good in this hotel, and main thing is the hotel provide all clean room and good customer service on call. The food was also deliciously in this hotel.
