Poor Stay
Poor as no one was at reception on my arrival. Guard simply handed the key and asked to go when lift was not opened

very bad experience. Even laundry service was unavailable in this hotel
Amenities are not at all favorable, AC in my room was not working, I told the concerned team, but no results came again.

Terrible Stay
absolutely third class hotel with zero facilities!!.....Wall stickers of the rooms are completely torned off..fans do not work properly!..calls bells too do not work!!..the hotel is filled with drunkards who knocks the door and even after complaining the manager pays no heed!!...absolutely horrible experience

Very poor house keeping. Room and toilet was not even cleaned after check out of previous guest. Burnt cigarette stumps were observed on the floor.

Good Stay
Good and comfortable to sum it up. Good service orientation of the staff. From reception to housekeeping everywhere i found that the staff has a yes i can attitude. The staff should however sport a dress code which has to be uniform.

The room is good, the staff behavior is good but the food quality may be improved. Breakfast items are too small.

Overall a good experience
1) location is good as it's the nearest from my office 2) food quality is good & reasonable 3) some sort of improvement is required in terms of amenities like electric kettle in every room / toiletries should be more usable

Great quite and premium Experience with incredible view
It was a great experience at Park Suites. The staff were incredibly friendly and well-professional. The receptionist was a very gentleman and chatted with us a many times, guided us with various information about the city and travels. The best part was that every room had mini fridge, where we used to keep remaining of our dishes from lunch, and in dinner the restaurant rewarmed the food, which drastically reduced our food cost as well as food waste. The centralized Air Conditioner functions really well. The rooms were premium and the service was exceptionally well. Specially I'd like to take the moment to appreciate our waiter of the second day Mr. Rabi for his incredible behavior, professionalism, and elegance. Kudos team Park Suites. However the location is about 2.5 kms away from Junction Mall, and NIT, where we had our work, initially we thought that's not too far, but for us that was also not a walkable distance. The travel charge in the city was really expensive, even auto-ricksaws and e-risksaws charged ₹80 - ₹100 for 2.5 km ride. Therefore I'd suggest the hotel to have their own e-rickshaws at affordable cost for maybe upto 5km distance.

Experience was not so good. Specially most of the foods were not available. Quality of some products inside the room were not so good like towel, moisturizer etc. I ask for a double bed instead of twin bed but they didn't provide me that but i know that was available. So overall experience was not so good
