Peerless Hotel Durgapur

this is a 0 star hotel. Poor breakfast food quality. In everything you will be charged. Except reception, all staff behavior is extremely poor and inexperienced. Room quality is too poor and amenities are lacking.

Don’t keep the continental menu if you guys can’t provide it and the windows of our room were locked making it more claustrophobic inside, we asked for a spare towel for 2 persons which was promised although it never reached us...

I was totally I reached peerless in Durgapur at around 11:30 p.m. and since then there was loud noise that is some marriage party was playing that DJ so loudly the entire area was actually with their noise in the room that was the huge noise and I have to leave almost at 6 o'clock for my next destination so I could not sleep till two o'clock in the night it was a horrible experience and a nightmare I tried to contact reception duty officer no what was interested to help me out probably they will get more revenue from marriage party rather than a room

Except location and room sizes, nothing fancy about this hotel. It's an old hotel which needs a lot of upgrades. The rooms are spacious but lack cleaning. Please note: - The AC wasn't working properly, so we asked for a technician to take a look. Even till two days later nobody came. - Even the Geyser didn't work. Ended up taking a cold shower. - The drain of the bath tub didn't work properly. Hence, the water got clogged, - The Staff needs A LOT OF TRAINING to be able to provide a meaningful customer service. - We were surprised to note that the majority of the staff didn't understand English or even basic Hindi! I can write a lot more and give more examples (like a good-for-nothing breakfast buffet) but I guess all the above would anyway suffice.

at 11:30 p.m. when I reach the hotel the hotel was having wedding party which played their loud music till 2 o'clock in the night it was quite annoying and disturbing I I was totally sleep deprive till that time I tried to contact and hotel reception but no use I had to wear it with stay in the hotel in the night for a good night sleep but the main purpose totally defeated

location is good. food is average.... amenities are below average.... services are ok... no valet parking...

The floor ceiling was under construction. Bathroom door was not closing properly from the outside. Room was average. Had expected better.

location is very good ..team is very courteous.room is quite spacious..but now they should renovate it to match with competition. overall , good stay

room was very nice, but facilities like towel/toileteries were average. food is expensive. overall, it wasn't that bad, moneys worth, it can be said. may repeat. your app shows payment failure and after I paid the 2nd time, i came to know that both the bookings were confirmed. online team was pretty supportive and prompt.
