Park Prime Durgapur

I stayed at your hotel in Durgapur from 8th to 9th, and overall it was a good experience. The stay was comfortable. However, I wanted to highlight two issues I faced: I had to wait for a while before the check-in process, which was a bit inconvenient. There were a few small cockroaches in the room, which needs attention. I hope these concerns can be addressed so that future stays are even better. Thank you.

Centrally located property. Everything near by. But old rooms. Average breakfast. Room service is ok ok.

Inside the room there are thousands of cockroaches. They are charging high price of foods Worst place to stay.

There is no sandel for guest...

Rooms were small. Service was not as per with the price. Electric kettle provided was dirty. Food too overpriced

pathetic staff now, front desk manager is worst no ownership to guests. I didnt feel welcomed there and will never visit again

Property location was good, it was behind mall but THERE WERE MAJOR PROBLEMS > Food is very costly. tea: 79 + gst and coffee: 99 + gst There were multiple problems with room- a) Lock system is damaged b) intercom was not there in room c) Fan was being rotated via stick as normally it was not working d) Staff behaviour was not good specially receptionist, due to personal reasons we had to extend stay for 3 hours and we were a family of 5 and instead of taking politely and discussing the way out, he told to do check out immediately when I was in call. Very much disappointed with attitude, Staff behaviour should be polite towards their customers but here it was not the case which is really TV remote was also not working properly. literally for everything we have to connect with them. Most importantly wifi token needs to be generated every day and net is also very slow so you can't do any office work here.

Rooms full with Cockroach AC is sounding like a generator The menu under the inclusive package is terrible Staff behaviour especially in restaurants is awfully bad

Everything was good,only issue was Cockroach everywhere. Need to renovate furnitures. Staff are good Good stay

Overall it was a Good experience, breakfast was really nice and bathrooms were clean and staff behaviour was also decent

The location is good, food is okay but the ac condition is very poor, pillow covers were asked to change as hair strands were there. Not a well maintained property though.

the room was fine the ac made weird noise..but overall the experience was hassle free and the staff was cooperative and professional.

I had booked a prepaid premium room, but the service did not meet expectations. I had to wait for long hours during check-in, and overall the experience was not satisfactory compared to what was promised for a premium stay.

This hotel is good. And beautiful hotel according to my opinion.. Staff behavior is also good.. And help full.

Staff behaviour not good along with the service and pricing of water

The stay was good and comfortable. The room and washroom were clean. The staff were cordial. The location of the hotel was good. The only issue is the AC makes too much noise. There is no split AC

Park Prime - Durgapur The one star * for service should be zero star actually. Because it's probably the worst kind of customer service that I just now experienced and let me tell you, I have travelled several places within India and abroad and stayed in many hotels of different star ratings and non star rated hotels as well. It is presently 01:30 am at night. I just returned from a sports event exhausted and tired and I wanted a bottle of mineral water. There were two guys at the reception..and the one who was dressed like an executive "Mr Sanjib Mandal" said you can't have a mineral water bottle now as the restaurant service is closed. I could see at least 10 mineral water bottle in the freezer and more outside and after paying to stay in a so called star rated hotel I'm denied a bottle of mineral water an hour past mid night . When I wanted to speak to a supervisor , he said you can meet him in the morning. So if there's an emergency at an odd hour you can't get a bottle of mineral water as well. So I have decided that I would take up this matter to the highest possible platform in hotel and hospitality business in India and let's see what happens next

The location was good,the rooms were very very bad,my bathroom was wet when i checked in,the towel was also not dry,the furniture was broken,there was no drinking water in the room.
