Hotel Astor

Food quality good. Variation is little. Room size is small. No window or outside is not visible from the room. But very clean. All staffs are cordial. Manners of all house keeping staff is very good. All are well responsive. Above all location of THE ASTOR amazing. Any body can stay for 2-3 days in any purpose.

1. Giant rats are there inside room. 2. Central a/c cabin is full of insects and rats. 3. Could not sleep trough out the night. Horrible experience.

Nice and comfy Staff behaviour was also good Food was also great room smell can be improved. Little bit and washroom could be much clean clean.

No water available in d washroom, receptionist behaviour was not good, unnecessary waiting , bcs of this i reached office late, and receptionist was lying daily they used to provide new towel when I said don't lie bedsheet of the room was torned , then she said u should complain in reception, when I said to staff no tea bag and other facilities then he said standard room only this kind of facilities u will get, i have paid 2k including GST.. infact in d reception it was said to give in review we don't have any problem

Rooms are not up to the mark according to the prices, you can get good options according to that prices also they have taken 500 for breakfast only served 4 breads and one omelette and juice.

Experience was not good the behaviour of reception staff not well the behaviour looks like rood. I will never stay in future

Its okay for one night stay but not definitely more than that. The hot water was not working and previous time i had issue with room lock ( it was not working)

Room was clean, initially door acess was not working properly but they fixed that on request. Rest ok.

1)they will provide limited ro water bottles 2)if you/someone washing daily use clothes there is no balcony or separate place to keep for drying. 3)they will not allow outside foods if you ordering online or bringing from somewhere 4) no parking facility 5) some staff are not disciplined they will tell you ajke auto tai joler bottle poa jabe. (reception lady is good in communication and discipline ) 6) in house food taste and location is good, timely room cleaning and changing sanitary.
