As I have booked a super deluxe room a day ago of stay but whenever I was arrived for check-in then the room was not available but it is good for the staff he has given me another room in upgraded class but that room was also too small in size and as I was with my little daughter so she was enjoyed the stay..

Highly Disappointed Stay – Not Recommended The rooms were nothing like the pictures shown on MMT—unclean, unhygienic, and poorly maintained. The “king-size” bed was just two singles pushed together, very uncomfortable. The receptionist even judged me by my looks while check-in, which was extremely unprofessional. Though in a prime location, we were given a downgraded 5th-floor room that felt like a different property. Overall, a below-average stay. Would not recommend.

Their service was worse 1. When asked for dinner for 3 people , in room service, they gave the food with only 2 spoons 3 plates and a fork. 2. I had ordered daal makhni, when that came it was highly salty; when requested teh chef to taste he acknowledged after 2 hrs and then changed the dish. My parents who are hypertension patients had that salty dish as they were hungry and hotel had very delayed service. 3. I had asked for an extra plate at 9 30 pm and it was sent, after multiple escalations, only at 11.00 pm. 4. They were initially charging for a Negroni, an exclusive cocktail, but not providing all ingredients; when questioned they admitted that the bar did not have the ingredient- expectation is then they should but have charged for that drink; after escalating for 2 hrs finally they agreed. When asked , why is there a service delay; they said there is a VIP guest a Tollywood star, hence the delay. I had paid for the services the same way that VIP had , yet I did not get any service. In the ground staff from in house dining Surajit was the only one who tried helping us to his capacity. 5. The front desk manager and the hotel manager in fact mocked me saying mam our hotel is full; which proves we have no problem with the service; which showed that they only bothered about business and not quality. 5. The bedroom sheets were completely soiled.They had advertised parking available ; however first night they made me park near garbage dumpy and I got my car tyre punctured by the debris that had fallen.

Security should be more active during night. The reception call was unattended when it was required during mid night 00:30, called atleast 4 times, then called to their other cell no. to inform this issue which was then attended. A drunk guest banged almost all the doors on 5th floor and then peed on the corridor itself. His room no. was 517 and date of incident was 26th Aug midnight 00:30 AM. Request management to go through the surveilence camera footage from 12:30 to 01:00 AM and take action on him so that it will be a good examples to others. I must say, if there was a female guest in any of the rooms on the 5th flr, which got banged - they might have been gone through a trauma when their rooms got banged by this drunk guest. Note: I am staying at this property from past 4 yrs and this is the first time I have experienced such incident. Otherwise all the staffs are very much professional. Suggestion: Please have someone in front of your master survelience monitor screen during night so that such kind of nuisance can be addressed and stopped immediately.

Overall my experience is good. But resturant service should be more professional. Also didn't get the swimming pool access where as it was mentioned that service of Swimming pool is available.

Bathroom basic fittings need improvement. There was no cover in the bed other than the blanket, which is not useful all the time in spite of decreasing AC temp in this season. Overall get up also needs some improvement. Thanks

We had booked a club premium room but the room I got was a very bad room. The bathroom exhaust was turned off all the time. They didn't listen even after telling us.
