Their service was worse
1. When asked for dinner for 3 people , in room service, they gave the food with only 2 spoons 3 plates and a fork.
2. I had ordered daal makhni, when that came it was highly salty; when requested teh chef to taste he acknowledged after 2 hrs and then changed the dish. My parents who are hypertension patients had that salty dish as they were hungry and hotel had very delayed service.
3. I had asked for an extra plate at 9 30 pm and it was sent, after multiple escalations, only at 11.00 pm.
4. They were initially charging for a Negroni, an exclusive cocktail, but not providing all ingredients; when questioned they admitted that the bar did not have the ingredient- expectation is then they should but have charged for that drink; after escalating for 2 hrs finally they agreed. When asked , why is there a service delay; they said there is a VIP guest a Tollywood star, hence the delay. I had paid for the services the same way that VIP had , yet I did not get any service. In the ground staff from in house dining Surajit was the only one who tried helping us to his capacity.
5. The front desk manager and the hotel manager in fact mocked me saying mam our hotel is full; which proves we have no problem with the service; which showed that they only bothered about business and not quality.
5. The bedroom sheets were completely soiled.They had advertised parking available ; however first night they made me park near garbage dumpy and I got my car tyre punctured by the debris that had fallen.
