good experience. I always stay in the hotel whenever I had to visit the place. It's in the benchity market location .

The room was neat and clean. Staff behaviour was excellent.And the food was very tasty and delicious. My experience was very good and I enjoyed my day very much.

With hotel some issues were checkin time too long Second MMT has promised a guaranteed room upgrade for Gold membership But I didn't receive any despite room availablity

Romm was good. Food was great. Person at reception desk was humble and helpful. In room service was very poor. AC was not working properly. Bathroom was not good as the water was coming out into the room.

I had booked Deluxe room .. according to discription Slippers were missing , Hairdryer was also missing ,air conditioning was very poor it's takes much time to cool the room, wifi connection was poor while watching tv lan gets disconnected automatically and connects after some times this had happened more then 10 times. see to this issues

Awesome stay with all good staffs,their cordial behaviour, excellent services and excellent food quality..I would like to recommend all to stay here enjoying the best of the city.

cool as usual. in fact whenever I come at durgapur, I can not think otherwise than morves hotel. untill you stay here you won't understand the beauty

The food was really over priced and didn't allow any sort of food from outside. The linen were dirty and torn and the bathroom was soo congusted. Also outside construction noise were really disturbing. The location of the hotel is also in a crowded place.

The food and garnishing are really good. But I was a bit uncomfortable with staff's behavior. When I wanted something important they started mocking among each other. Two staffs were fighting outside of my room. And the room services are terrible. They took more than 1hr for a drink.
