Room is too small, security compromised as this hotel is in a mall, anyone can enter your room premises. Food was good.

Comfortable stay with hotel morve and women safety is also good and breakfast is nice but can be served in room

Reception staff was unprofessional he didn't even know that I have opted for breakfast as well. Also he didn't send the welcome drink even after many calls

Worst service, worst management, in everything they only want money , and in the time of check in lots of procedure and sign. Literally i said the worst hotel in the Durgapur area

Atleast they are not providing welcome drinks almirah is not in room room is very small, as per my booking club the access was including but didn't provide

With hotel some issues were checkin time too long Second MMT has promised a guaranteed room upgrade for Gold membership But I didn't receive any despite room availablity

Romm was good. Food was great. Person at reception desk was humble and helpful. In room service was very poor. AC was not working properly. Bathroom was not good as the water was coming out into the room.

I had booked Deluxe room .. according to discription Slippers were missing , Hairdryer was also missing ,air conditioning was very poor it's takes much time to cool the room, wifi connection was poor while watching tv lan gets disconnected automatically and connects after some times this had happened more then 10 times. see to this issues
