Experienced a very comfortable stay in a nice and cozy environment. The property has a homely charm with nicely done up rooms, friendly staff and excellent food. The property is located just off the NH and is easily accessed by roads which are in a state of disrepair. The property itself shows evident signs of wear and tear. And while there seems to be upgrades in progress, the present experience leaves much to be desired. There is limited parking available within the premises. A significant portion of the middling guest experience is a result of poor training of staff. Let’s run through a few instances. At the check-in a staff member (perhaps floor manager of the restaurant) edged in because they wanted to have a conversation with the reception staff. And then continued to be at the reception without any consideration for the guest they displaced and is waiting to complete their check in to receive the key card. The restaurant staff are perhaps not familiar with the concept of fresh plates for each visit to the buffet and so they never clear the table of stacked used plates. They come over multiple times to ask about food but do not check if the guest needs a water refill. This was the pattern on both days of dinner. The rooms suffer from similar lack of care and trained staff. Our allocated room had the main curtains off the hook and it was obviously never fixed, the sofa has grease stains that were not cleaned. However, the more alarming item was that electrical switches are lacking the spring action (for even the electrical outlets) and no one has gone ahead and fixed it. Both housekeeping staff and front desk were flabbergasted when asked about the absence of hand towels at the basin. Eventually had to purchase a set from the nearby Junction Mall. The bed linen needs better wash or change to remove turmeric stains. The breakfast spread is poor in terms of fiber and protein options. But perhaps that’s what the guests want. It was a rather middling experience as a guest - something I would not want to repeat.

I recently stayed at Peerless Hotel, and it was a delightful experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and courteous . Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The location is near to the city centre, durgapur. The food is excellent particularly the buffet dinner. The services and amenities are also good.

The location was fine, but the room was not clean. The staff were mostly unresponsive to my concerns, and the room had a bad smell. In front of the elevator, they were cleaning the floors, and I almost slipped. I ordered chapati for dinner, but it was served in my room without any wrapping.

Property is good but after they know about my online booking they share me a very dul low light not that much quality room. So I'm not happy about my last booking.

The hotel is located in prime location and the stay was good. Only thing is the washroom has poor water clearance making it very very slippery.
