positive : Clean Room, Efficient staff, good breakfast. negative : in room dinner delivery time ( 50+ minutes), water pressure in shower and health faucet (room no 609), shower area faulty design causing water spillage in basin area. conclusion: nice stay but needs to monitor maintenance.

The service was top notch , with staff who were not only professional but incredibly friendly. The food was delicious with , being a treat in every dish . 5 Stars without a doubt . Would love to stay here again .

I was shocked when the Hotel asked me and charged for for my 12 years old daughter. I booked 2 room.. So this was not good for us. Food n other was good. But why they charged ??? Can you ask?

Restaurant people are not professional and hospitality need to improve.Other facilities ok.Room not ready when checked in 12 times housekeeping people came in the room to finish room requirement.like towel not provided , toiletries not provided,tv not working no recharge

It was a family trip. The whole arrangement was so nice. Staff behaviour was very kindly and guest friendly. Breakfast was good and healthy. They provided child friendly food also. The water facing club room was very good. Will eager to travel pearltree hotel and resort again.
