Panchet Residency

It was a pleasant stay blessed with comfortable weather and excellent greeneries all around. The property is a vast one with good maintenance and service was very satisfying. There’s scope for improvement in the culinary skill!

An absolutely blissful experience. We were staying in Mrittika which are the cosy mud houses. The staff were very cordial. The food was delicious. The property has been built on a substantial land where they farm their own vegetables, which is actually a very sensible and economical way of life. Overall the stay was super duper.

Very beautiful place.i am first time visited there and feel around green climate.staffs behaviour is also very good. I am delighted from service.need some facilities just like lunch room service refrigerator provide in room it's a request.

Panchet Residency is a stay nestled within lush surroundings of nature. It is spread over 6 hectares of land. The long walkways of the resort led to the foot of Panchakot hills. It is a different world within itself offering amenities beyond typical hotel offerings. The rooms here are crafted in the design of mud houses, huts and Hobbits. The DVC Panchet Dam is at a stone throw distance from here. A 24 hour long stay is not enough to explore the beauty of this destination. I wish to visit this place again.

The Agamani rooms provided by Panchet resiency were very poor. The rates were too high in comparison to the other resorts. Actually as we booked they provided worst rooms. With repeated try to connect were fruitless. repeatedly dropped the call, didn't answer the what's app. So we didn't complain about the room and amenities as well. The hotel said as we booked room rate are high but amenities were poor. It was very painful we the six senior citizens above65 had to stay there in spite of other vacant rooms.

Good property, but bed mattress is very very hard like concrete. Rooms are not so big and also wash room.

Room was good. The overall cleanliness was good, however the cottage we stayed in named “mrittika” deserves better cleaning and pest control. The staffs are very attentive and cooperative. The resort organised a tribal function also. Overall it was a nice stay at panchet residency

What went well: 1. The resort location was good. 2. The looks of the property were good. 3. The abience of Banjara Hut room was good. What was bad: 1. Meals had to be 1.5 hours before you plan to eat. But no one told us about it unless we faced it. Instant food availability was terrible. 2. You can order items at room. But lunch and dinner are not served at room. So, ridiculous. 3. The behavior and support of the staff were too casual as if they don't care about satisfaction and comfort of the guests. 4. The restaurant staff are even reluctant to serve the guests. When asked for spoon, salt they just said go there and take it yourself. 5. Had to wait for long time after check-in for the staff to carry luggage and show the way to the room. And the managers at reception just said you can go there yourself. 6. The etiquette of the staff need lots of training. 7. Show is good only, but maintenance very very improper. Curtains torn and not replaced since how long. Big honeybee nests adjacent to room door, spider webs outside the room door. The floor of the room peeled off. And staff reaction were as if this was pointed to them for the first time. 8. Food quality below average. In short even if the looks of the resort are good, but the attitude of the staff and tendency to not support guests make it very unholy and uncomfortable for guests. The price not worth it. Nobody even informed there is going to be a bonfare and cultural program. Would not have known unless self explored.

The property is quite large and features a watchtower with a beautiful view, but unfortunately, the rooms do not offer any view. The rooms are small and basic relative to the cost. The food charges are reasonable, but the transportation costs are high. The drive from asansol station to the resort takes about an hour, with a fee of 1700 inr for a non-ac car and an additional 700 inr for an ac car.

It was a great experience. Rooms were very good. Food was excellent and staff were very cooperative and polite. Ambience was great.

I have loved this place but i couldn’t get a desired room this time which made my stay average and according to the room that was offered the price was too much.

Our stay at panchet residency was nice. Location is perfect. Service is very good. Perfect destination for a weekend trip.

The room was very small , full of 🦎 lizards. and mattress was hard,bed was broken and making noises during stay.

It was an amazing experience to stay at panchet residency. Awesome location and view, good food, regular cleaning etc were the main usp. We would love to be there again.

Property is good but management is very poor, service is also very poor. Helpless people. And very costly but not good service

I am not satisfied with the room. Because the room was too short for the 3 persons. Otherwise, the overall it was very good. Food quality is very good. Staff behavior is very familiar. Total ambiance satisfactory. It is good for a family trip.
