Amazing view and great hospitality but food could have been tastier

Overall stay was good. Property location is really great and view from the room balcony is breathtaking. Really liked the hospitality and staff behaviour. Only improvement needed are maintenance of some of the rooms for cracks and damps on walls. Food quality is good but needs improvement in the taste specially bengali cuisines.

Overall the stay was average. Complimentary breakfast menu was not good enough. I have seen other hotels offering more items & better quality against the same price. The fan inside the room was noisy. No dustbin was there inside the washroom. No hand shower was there inside the washroom. Intecom was not working.

Resort is really on the Top of the Hill like the name suggests. very peaceful place. Very helpful and soft spoken staffs. All kind of rooms are there. We stayed in a cottage and that was fantastic, view from balcony was mind-blowing. if you are nature lover and like bird watching its a place for you. This place also have restaurant and roof top bar. you go anywhere in the resort the views are green and mesmerizing. The main attraction is the Infinity Swimming Pool. Pool is large and most important is the baby pool. Everywhere you will see baby pool are small but here it is large and very spacious. My kids really enjoyed it. Highly recommended place to stay.
