No hospitality at a pretty high-price

The property is quite a bit away from Palash forests, not really doing justice to its name. The price of food items is an absolute rip-off! Rooms are not too bad, but the property has been put out on rent even before the construction is fully completed. The room service is terrible, they charge like any other 5-star hotel, but don't bring you spoons/quarter plates when you order for a dish. Hospitality is not really their thing, receptionist keeps saying 'thank you sir' even of you tell them about the problems!

This weekend we had a wonderful serene experience in Palashgram Eco Resort.The resort has beautiful view of nature.We booked cottages for our stay, the rooms were very clean. Food was amazingly delicious. Resort staffs were very prompt at their services. This place is friendly for all ages.

This is a new property. I stayed at the cottage room. The room was spacious with clean washroom. Water pressure was really good. This property has a nice lawn. With decorated seating space. The workers are very much helpfull. The management was good. Driver accomodation available here.

First the road trip was serene. With good quality, clean roads winding along hill make you belief you are in europe. Second the resort front desk welcome smile, really was something, we all talked about and their warm hospitality. Bonfire with juicy succulent chicken barbecue was absolutely perfect. Hold on, it does-not end there, but a dazzling performance our traditional chhau dance was cherry on the top. But the star performer was the trail trek to the top of mathaburo, trail walk followed by trek followed by amateur rock climb was absolute adventure for us. Thanks palashgram e co resort!

We just came back from purulia, ayodhya hills trip & had a luxurious stay at palashgram e co resort. We stayed there for 1 night & we're just amazed by the hotel ambience. The food was delicious. The hotel location is ausum. The entire mathaluru hills are visible from the balcony. One can experience the scenic beauty of the nature by staying here. Moreover, the manager of the resort, mr. Subhasis kund is so helpful that he provided us a guide for the sightseeing. The staffs are also well behaved. We stayed at a super delux room & the rooms are so spacious with all the amenities available. The entire resort is so well maintained, even the bathrooms. More or less, we had an excellent trip & i would recommend this resort to everyone who is planning a purulia trip. I would love to visit there again if i plan a trip to purulia.
