SAFFRON VALLEY HOTELS AND RESORTS

If you were planning to visit Ajodha, this place could be the greatest place to stay for this period of time. This place is quite good food, privacy and the quality is excellent. The staffs have great manners and they know how to treat their customers. I would definitely recommend anybody who will plan to be here. They have a very good pool service to enjoy.

Nice accommodation with nice food too. Number of staff member is less but behaviour is good. Recommended

Extremely rude behaviour of the staffs. Nonchalant and irresponsible staffs right from desk manager to errand boys. They are extremely inefficient, idiotic and lackadaisical in attitude.

Worst Experience, Service is very bad . Staffs are rude delay in service especially from Resturant.

AC was not working. Mini refrigerators not working. Requested to change the room. But I didn't get another room. Had to adjust with the situation.

I SHARE MY EXPERIENCE - 1. MADE TO WAIT FOR CHECK IN SO THAT THEY CAN ENTERTAIN CUSTOMERS WHO WANTED SPOT BOOK IN . 2. NO PARKING AREA . HAD TO PARK CAR IN OPEN FIELD OUTSIDE HOTEL. 3. SMALL RESTAURANT . HARDLY FEW PEOPLE CAN SIT IN THE RESTAURANT . 4. ENTERING ROOM I FOUND NO COMPLEMENTARY WATER BOTTLE. 5. NO DRAINAGE IN BATHROOM . HAD TO USE BATHROOM WITH WATER ACCUMULATING EVERYTIME AT BATHROOM FLOOR 6. GEYSER NOT WORKING 7. WANTED EXTRA BED ... THEY JUST GAVE ME A COT AND PLACED IN ON THE FLOOR. 8. MORNING BREAKFAST IS MINIMAL ... ...BETTER TO TAKE BREAKFAST OUTSIDE....CHARGED 100 RS FOR 1 OMLETE ...FOR WHICH THEY WANTED CASH IMMEDIATELY 9. ORDERED FOOD AT NIGHT AND REQUESTED THEM TO SERVE IT IN RESTUARANT ...BUT STRANGELY EVEN WITHOUT INFORMING US THEY SENT THE FOOD DIRECTLY AT OUR ROOMS 10. LINENS USED WERE NOT UPTO THE MARK 11. CLEANLINESS NOT UPTO THE MARK . PLEASE BOOK THIS HOTEL ONLY IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS IN PURULIA.

Location is great. Food is average; a better quality of food is expected compared to the price and size of the portion. The room service is good. The breakfast is good but service speed is slow. Fresh juice was not served.

Front desk staffers are not very welcoming; a bit indifferent. The quality of food is so so. Room is good but not great to command such a high price. The room’s mirror is not in proper level. The was room lights are enough but during shaving, the lighting was not found properly positioned.

My stay was good . However I found HAS CHARGED ME NEARKY 600 R/s more per day than booking with hotel ! You charged me nearly R/s 3950.00 approx - actual price for same room and breakfast ! The resort was at the topmost hill point with an amazing spacious property. We booked a family room which consisted of a double and a single size bed.The room was quite spacious and very neat.Hygience was extremely taken care of and the room had all necessary amenities such as a wardrobe, a small fridge, tv, shoe rack, dressing table, a tea table, chair and a clean washroom. I travelled with a toddler and the staff was extremely welcoming.They provided me all the meals as my guidance for my baby and were also well behaved. The property has a very nice swimming pool with a garden area which they maintained really well as the pool was extremely clean. Lastly, the only area where they can do well is food as I felt the food taste could be better and the complimentary breakfast should have been a little elaborate.

The hospitality & services are excellent. Top hill views are awesome from the resorts. It was my daughter's 9th birthday celebration. She was really very happy to play inside the garden area and specially in the swimming pool.

There was board of this hotel on roadside. Following the direction and querying local residents we reached the hotel. This is a very good hotel for staying with all modern amenities. Behavior also good.

We were there from 23rd to 26th jean 25, occupied 4 rooms. The property is new and well maintained. The food is awesome and the hospitality of the staffs and also owner is remarkable. I am wishing good luck for them.

Saffron valley hotels and resorts, purulia is a good place to stay on ajyodha hill. Room and service is decent.

The staff were great but the amenties could have been better. Wifi on top floor of villa is weak and should be strengthened
