This is the 2nd time, I went there. I love the hospitality and behaviour of people there. They are always there to serve you.

1. Property is good but location is in a remote area. 2. Rooms were spacious with good view. 3. Bathroom commodes were malfunctioning and despite of complaints it was not fixed. 4. Frequent interupts in water supply. Wrong excuses from the manager. 5. Foods were average. Not up to the mark compared to price. 6. Overall services should be improved.

Excellent service with good quality food ,well equipped rooms and very good behaviour from staff and car drivers,really impressed with the best hotel services.

First of all the location is beautiful. Relaxing place. In between nature atmosphere. Prices are pocket friendly. Restaurant prices are cheap. Food quality is good. But you need to inform before having some food items. Staffs are very helpful. Very close to panchet dam and mythone dam. Please dont try to visit ajoydha sides. Waste of money

Location is good. It is a well maintained property with greenery inside. Staff are very good. Food quality is excellent. Room and washroom are spacious. Only the intercom was not working, but alternative mobile numbers were provided to overcome the problem. View from the roof top is amazing. We had a pleasant stay there.

Excellent service and staff behaviour. Food is simple but tasty and suited us. Ambience is quaint and serene. The rooftop watchtower gives a classic view of the lake. They arrange for sightseeing at reasonable costs and in a nutshell the trip was really wholesome and satisfactory.

A fantasy stay at the spangle wings resort pvt ltd. Worth every penny, starting from ambience, followed by the location, silence, property, fooding, rooms, playground, mini zoo having some nice looking birds, cock, hen, rabbit, cockatoo, pigeon! very nice stay and highly recommended.

(1) the location is pretty far off from the lake front, and only a narrow extension of the lake is visible from the rooftop watch-tower. (2) the standard room we stayed on the ground floor was overall ok. (3) the room ac wasn't cooling enough and ac swing wasn't working. (4) the food is overall ok, but is quite pricey for the quantity. (5) the overall ambience of the resort is ok for a night's stay at most. (6) there was a rubbish dump just outside our room balcony

The view of the sunset was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of purulia. Every staff member i encountered, from check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! thank you! will recommend to my colleagues!

The resort is surrounded by hills, forest and there's also a reservoir just behind the resort, which can be easily seen from the watchtower. The view is mesmerizing from the watchtower.

Good place for outing with family.

Hillock on one side and a lake on the other- what else you require if you want 2 spent some time, far from madness of a city grindings. Easily accessible metal road was icing on the cake. You need some historical touch? that is also ready on a platter! just 25+ kms far gar panchkot is waiting to embrace you.

Far from purulia. Rooms not at all as advertised. Over priced and little options with food. Most of the time there are power cut. Very bad arrangement

I m staying at one only night and having wonderful experience of resort, neat, clean and hygienic
