Careless, featureless, valueless
No lift. It is getting installed but no where it is mentioned. Manager is rude which is something entirely contrasting to hospitality industry. Washroom was very messy. Clearly not what was told and sold on MMT app.

NO ELEVATOR, NO PURDAHS
no elevator in property ... Biggest problem .... Broken venetian blinds; blocked showers with only cold water and no hot water

Average Stay
location food and staff behaviour is good, but haousekeeping is terrible, poor in hygine, dirty cartains, toiletories not available, smelly rooms, dirty toilets. I choosed breakfast included staying option but its not recommended at all coz they offered only coffe bread toast and boiled egg (only single pice)! I will not stay here again!

Rooms are ok but food is very below standard with an extreme price. Complimentary breakfast is just rubbish.

Pros * it’s very near from mission hospital. Cons * no celling fan. Telephone was showing in the photos & facilities but no telephone, they are saying it’s not working. No room service at all. My dad ordered hot milk tea it comes cold tea fully open just like a hell. We request a hotel to give us half day room. Because our train was at night. But no response from the hotel manager they are saying you have to do full booking otherwise no room. They didn’t understand customer problem only they won’t is money & money without any facilities in the room. I believe on them & i’m regretting

The hotel stay was really good, the staff was courteous, rooms were neat and clean, bedsheets were clean. And top of that food was tasty if you order from the menu. Although not much options on breakfast but it's manageable so not to worry, best in rates and best in the bidhan nagar area
