The hotel is good. The room is good. But the air condition machine does not work properly. Blankets are not clean. Free wi-fi has a very poor signal.

Poor toilets, rooms lack amenities food is average. Staff behaviour by and large helpful. Linens can be improved and washroom needs a total makeover

I checked in and i requested for drinking water and also complained that commode flush is not working and i gave key to them and i went out. While coming back at 9p. M. They said all ok. I screamed on them while i found the same flush is not working and at 10. 30 they informed that it's plumber issue and they are sorry and they provide me on bucket of water and i was given drinking water at 10. 30 p. M. It's terrible stay

After check in. Towel is not there. Complimentary water not present. Not expected from such a reputed hotel.

hotel service is very good. but seems very old furniture and set-up because found some unwanted guest like mosquito 🦟 and small bugs on the bed 🛏️. which looks creepy.

It centrally located and have good ambience. Shopping mall market place nearby. One big hospital is also located within 2 km. But main drae back is there is no secured car parking place. One have park their car on the road. Food is good but there is no arrangement of tea coffee in the room. It is basically a budget hotel.

I would say based on the price it doesn’t worth. It’s basic hotel stay with basic amenities. Location wise near to the city center. Food was bit expensive.

Food is great apart from the accidental egg shell that i found in my noodles. Apart from that rooms are very neat, but appliances need to be maintained better. Not very conducive in case guests are coming to visit you in your room. I was given constant reminders and asked when my guests are going to leave (they were there just for a couple of hours. Apart from that all are well. Very close to all key places like the bus stop, etc.

This time i feel very poor services and staff is not cooperative not worth of money disopinted this time with make my trip and hotel as wel

No nothing it's all good room service is good food

The hotel had complimentary breakfast but noone asked for it, ac stops working suddenly, the bathroom taps an-re not working properly, tv doesnt have remote and set-top box is also broken, there was a filthy piece of cloth found on side of bed, curtains were dirty, they charged 500 as early check in fees though at the reception they told it we had told them earlier they works have lived it but i have told them at-least 3 days earlier and the rooms were also empty.

Proper location. Everything apart from the bathroom is fine. The flush buttons are broken. The commode is too high for you to comfortably sit, even for a person of height 5. 11 ft. I took deluxe room, according to them all the deluxe rooms are on the top floor. But i did not find any difference with the room downstairs which are not deluxe where my other family members were staying.

The hotel is situated at a prime location. Food quality & service is good.
Safety standards are perfectly maintained.

Nice location, good room and friendly staff. Price wise you could book it at a lower cost if booked directly. I got this room at rs 1500 + tax without breakfast whereas banerjee inn has another branch at city centre that is a bigger hotel and offered room at 1500+ tax including breakfast.

The hotel is right in the heart of the city. All the important spots are quite close. The staff is very courteous. They are doing a very good job of following all the covid guidelines.
