The Wi-Fi wasn’t working in our room. The room was dirty and not worth the price.

I had an excellent stay at The Damodar Retreat, Durgapur. The location was convenient and peaceful, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout. I especially enjoyed the food – it was delicious and freshly prepared. The overall facilities provided a comfortable and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

The location is nice. Facilities are ok. Food is excellent. The rooms are clean and very spacious.

The resort is beautiful. The staffs are courteous. The amenities though is not up to the mark. They charge you more for first floor accommodation but it is very shabby. Ground floor rooms are better. Bathrooms don’t have exhaust. There is no electric kettle.

Very bad experience and there staff is irresponsible and they have not manners to talk their guests very bad behaviour by the manager

This is a a very well maintained property just by the river Damodar. the hospitality of the staff is exceptional specially at the front desk and the Sourav, the room service . The food is homely and the staff are courteous. The property has a old school charm to it which some people might not like but there are so many things positiveabout this resort. The gardens are well maintained and expansion e withots of seasonal flowers...you can also watch a Aarti by the river during evenings and take a boat ride to see the sunset.

The Hotel is not a just hotel, it is a resort. It comprises of Swimming pool, well-furnished garden. The room is big. The bathroom is large, may be more than 100 Sq feet. The bathroom fittings are new costly. The room has attached balcony from where we enjoyed the pleasant view of the Garden. Food was marvelous and homely. It was tasty but not so much oily and spicy. The Hotel manager and attendants are very cooperative.

Very pleasant stay with you. Food is value for money. Privecy as well as hospitality well accepted. TV and toiletries are not up to the mark. Cleanness should be taken care. I will visit again.

It was a nice experience. Not hectic stay. In front of the damodar river. Large space to roam around.

Excellent stay, cleaning is superb, room is comfortable and clean, outstanding natural view, enviornment is overwhelming.

Property location is mind blowing in any condition. Food are made as per requirement, it's great. Amenities and services is unforgettable.

Will recommend for family vacation. Spacious rooms, wash rooms and ambient was extremely good. Courteous behavior of front desk staff sri saha and manager shri chowni saab is worth mentioning. They guided and coordinated our durgapur tour.

average actually i don't had any idea if i know that was government hotel i never take that bed sheet was dirty and dusty they don't show food menu you are ordering but you don't know the price of the food what ever they charging you have to give. Only the staff was good
