familyPathetic room service. The care taker swept floor after we reached, although we reached there by evening. Rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis, even after requesting. The glasses and kettle provided were very dirty. Poor breakfast, no options at all and served cold. ( they don't have any restaurant. The get food from roadside stalls and serve) we booked for three days but has to checkout a day before due to some urgency. We requested to give some food for lunch. As we were not going to have next day's breakfast(which was already paid. The care taker said to cancel the booking for that day. We tried to cancel it from makemy trip, but got to know the hotel owner denied cancellation.

"unfortunately, my experience at this hotel room fell far short of expectations. From day one, there were glaring issues such as the absence of toiletries, limited breakfast options, and the provision of ro water instead of packaged mineral water. The blankets were unclean, the tv malfunctioned, and there was no geyser for hot water. Service was severely lacking due to having only one caretaker available. Additionally, the room's location on the third floor with no lift made it inconvenient. The open dustbin in the washroom was another hygiene concern. Disappointed by the lack of provision for lunch and dinner. Improvement is crucial for future guests' satisfaction"

familyDidn't have a great experience. We had booked 2 rooms. The room that i had checked in with my mom & 1 yr old baby. Bathroom was dirty. Comode had potty stains on it. The reception guy told us that sweeper isn't available. We shifted to another room 304. The room was stuffy. Bedsheets were old with holes in it. No shampoo handwash available only one liquid soap in dispenser. No geyser. Breakfast puri bhaji terrible. Dirty melamine plates served. My friend booked another room 305 which too had potty stains on comode. Pathetic.
