I booked this hotel mistakenly I was to book City residency at Durgapur both hotel have just 10% difference in Tariff but 300% difference in amenities and services under-construction hotel under renovation offered a cozy room but very small- 60 sq ft in size in the name of complimentary breakfast offer cake, cookies ,stale poha..Aloo Mutter ( made in water Turmeric & salt) a below avg tea.. only good thing about hotel is evening snack+ Person at Reception in the name of city residenci I have been decieved and deprived one thing more Food was so expensive like a 5 star hotel it was ok stay

It was a fair experience, though some minor issues were there like the TV was not operational and the food was little bit overpriced but still a good place to stay and spend time with your partner, staff behaviour was nice and welcoming.

Very poor amenities (at least at this point of time. No wifi, intercoms are not working, a single switch that controls all the lights in the room (so either its diwali or a complete blackout. The hotel is under construction still, so shouldn't be accommodating guests at all till the time the basic amenities are in place.

Some drawbacks among others. 1.No lift for any floors, 2nd or 3rd floors. 2.Breakfast very limited options. 3.AC machine fixed at particular temperature, very cold and cannot be adjusted . 4. Sound of constructions and repair unbearable from the morning. 5. Ordered for extra water with extra charges and ready to pay not provided after long wait .Only one complimentary bottle served for 2 occupants. Have to buy bottles from outside by myself.
