Overall, great service. I really enjoyed the stay there. Proper hygiene, well maintained bathrooms and everything.

nice room..“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and spotless, with all the amenities I needed. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Good Stay
The overall property location, food, staff behaviours and amenities were good. However, some of the room amenities were not working properly like geyser. Also some of the basic amenities like clothing hangers were not installed within the room. These are some basic amenities which guest can expect from a deluxe premium rooms. Apart from all these, the stay was quite nice.

I booked this hotel mistakenly I was to book City residency at Durgapur both hotel have just 10% difference in Tariff but 300% difference in amenities and services under-construction hotel under renovation offered a cozy room but very small- 60 sq ft in size in the name of complimentary breakfast offer cake, cookies ,stale poha..Aloo Mutter ( made in water Turmeric & salt) a below avg tea.. only good thing about hotel is evening snack+ Person at Reception in the name of city residenci I have been decieved and deprived one thing more Food was so expensive like a 5 star hotel it was ok stay

No lift, stairs angle is not comfortable, renovating, many types of restaurants besides, located between many hospitals at good location, I got room ar 2nd floor with bekaar view from window... AC was fine
