the service on the first day was great but as I am staying here from last 7 days I have observed the behaviour of the staff is that they are taking things lightly and for granted.

The TV was not working, the staff behavior was very polite, and the rooms were quite good, the food was good. The location was easy to reach, love to stay again in that property.

The experience was average, not too clean but okay if you are staying for a short duration. Not recommended for long stays.

Room was not so clean everywhere you can see dust by naked eyes, wardrobe's broken washroom nor clean, due to unhygienic lots of mosquito, no room freshner, no attendant comes to settle room receptionist handed keys and told us second floor.

A very good place to stay for a short period of time. We enjoyed the place in every sense. we would like to visit it next time.

If was probably the worst hotel i have stayed in. The room was smelling horrible. The bathrooms had stains all over. The ac was not working. When called for help the guy said so turn the ac off.

Very very very poor hotel remove from makemytrip its such a pathetic hotel toilet is like public toilet no lift no restaurant poor behavior by front office staff

Feels like a old room with decorated walls, no proper cleanliness in bathroom, gryser not working, adequate hospitality by hotel.

Behaviour of hotel staff was very rudely same as their hotel standards. Bedsheet, rokm and pillow including bathroom was also very dirty. Such a terrible stay

The room is horrible, no home appliances are working, tv not working, ac remote not accessible, no toilet papers, eventually no wifi and restaurant, their bed quality and amenities are not washed properly, it was a horrible stay at ritz. Poor management.

The washroom and blankets are not tidy the overall service response is good on a call, they are very helpful, but as people went to hotels for relaxation and cleanliness it was a necessary thing.

The property is a little far from the main city and there are very few options to come back to the city. Rapid o and uber rides were also not available and the cleaning of the hotel room was also not done properly and the ac was also not cooling properly.

Bathroom not clean, doesn't maintain hygiene, lift is not working, tv not working, even he doesn't clean room everyday.

The bathroom is in very poor sotuation along with yhe staff behavior they need more more & more sober form to keep the guest happy. The hotel staffs are much interested to yak e care of the guests from manual booking rather than to solve the pronlem of peoples nook-ed through make my trip. Thats not the room for deluxe room of a guest

Overall experience was good. Good rooms in such price and good hospitality. Will suggest to stay here
