Room was not so clean everywhere you can see dust by naked eyes, wardrobe's broken washroom nor clean, due to unhygienic lots of mosquito, no room freshner, no attendant comes to settle room receptionist handed keys and told us second floor.

If was probably the worst hotel i have stayed in. The room was smelling horrible. The bathrooms had stains all over. The ac was not working. When called for help the guy said so turn the ac off.

The room is horrible, no home appliances are working, tv not working, ac remote not accessible, no toilet papers, eventually no wifi and restaurant, their bed quality and amenities are not washed properly, it was a horrible stay at ritz. Poor management.

The bathroom is in very poor sotuation along with yhe staff behavior they need more more & more sober form to keep the guest happy. The hotel staffs are much interested to yak e care of the guests from manual booking rather than to solve the pronlem of peoples nook-ed through make my trip. Thats not the room for deluxe room of a guest
