Review Of Hotel Steel Regency

when I reached the hotel the receptionist said the room was not available. I am waiting an hour for them to respond .

Location was good, 10mins walking distance from bhiringi kali bari. Food not tried, so cannot review on it. Air condition was not working, though paid for it.

They are educated about hospitality

Last night hotel was full i didn't stay at the booked hotel but they are arranged a another hotel. Hotel manager behavior was really good. I do not have any issue regarding the hotel changes. But it is my request to have some look on this matter. When hotel is full than why they are accepted the new booking.

I feel very homely like i am staying in my home

Ac was not cooling at all, tv set-top box was missing, bedsheet was torn, washroom hand spray shower pipe was leaking, didn't have good experience, although talked to the owner, but issue was not solved. Feels like wasted my money, energy and time. I will appreciate if i can get any compensation.

Staff behaviour was very good. They helped in every aspect

1) room allotted is very bad. No comparison to what is shown. Ceiling fan making a lot of noise. We did not sleep at night. No tv. 2) geyser is not working. At seven in the morning, when tried to wake up for hot water, a person looking after the hotel was very angry and cursed them for disturbing his sleep. Whereas we did not sleep the entire night. 3) when we enquired why such a bad room is given to family, he answered rashly that is the best room lodge has.

Never ever book a room here. They don't talk to there guest in a polite way. Worst hotel worst stay.

There is a little bit lack of outside food. Hotel own restaurant is available at a little bit costly.
Room was good, bed sheet may be more clean. Free mineral water would be supplied and plug may be near the bed.

Rooms are very small. Congested place. AC not working properly. The sound of AC will not let you sleep. Location is OK. But you cannot find local transport easily. Far from City center bus stop. Nearest to the Goenka international School.

The hotel is good.. The position and the location is also good. Staff are well behaved. Service is very instant and quick. Rooms are very comfortable. Security is also good. Quantity of Food is sufficient and the taste is also tongue licking.

Value for money & location is good, staff behaver is good, supportive, but food quality is worst, but can be managed as charges is low it's really value for money more facility need to add as intercom facility not available hot water facility not available.

Horrible experience. Service is too bad. First of all at the time of check in receptionist ask me how much you pay to Makemytrip. Lot of single room after knowing my payment. Then I called Makemytrip customer care. Customer care representative was very helpful. He talks with hotel manager and a lot double AC room. You have ask to on generator for several times when electricity is not available. Till night 3pm spend without generator supply. Don't stay in this hotel. No sweeper at all.

I stayed for official purpose. Location is good. AC cooling not good. TV wasn't working. Bed linens were not clean enough. Staff are well behaved. Food was average. Overall average experience.

Good value for money. Staying in this hotel was a great experience. In a good price this hotel is accommodating good rooms for short trip duration. Overall my stay was good. Food was average. All the above a value for money.

Service was excellent. Value for money. But room was not well decorated and small. Good location. Qualitative food. I will suggested to all of friends to booked through Makemytrip and stay once in Steel Regency. Hopefully next time will get better room.
