My stay at hotel rain drop
Everthing was good but some of the thing could be better like bed steet was clean, some time service was slow

Good Stay
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. Good Stay
It was a good experience, the check in was smooth and hassle free. We reached there at night and ordered food from their restaurant. The service was good, rooms were clean, but one point I want to mention there was no fan in the room, only Ac.

Terrible Stay
There was no one available for room service. Requesting even for a water bottle is difficult. Getting in touch with reception is not easy. Food was average but overcharged. overall everything was overcharged

slow service
service was very slow with inadequate staff. intercom not working. blwash basin was jammed etc.......

1st i complained for ac, they changed the room still the ac not working, no any manager present for night to resolve the issue.
