horrible service. received towel after 2 hours and 10 calls. cockcroach in the room. bad smell. cattle is there but no tea bag etc. rest all are ok.

Arrived late at night. Extremely courteous and friendly staff. Held the bar open extra 10min for me. Overall great stay.

Breakfast in very good, items were tasty however I did not like the Mutton biriyani had during dinner, need to improve food quality. Room was also good but some modernization requires considering the tariffs. Good option to pick overall, will provide 3.5 rating out of 5.

Firstly good reviews, very spacious and clean room with lift service, hot water and good staff behaviour. Secondly, some portion wall of room was broken and damp which should be repaired.. Thirdly, I had to check out at 7 AM for my official purpose so i requested to serve the breakfast at 7 AM, but the receptionist denied the request politely.. Fourthly, there was only one thin blanket which was basically a bed cover.. As it was winter and 13-17 degree outside i surprised and searched if there was anything else, but i couldn’t find.. i was too busy to ask.. so i managed anyhow.. The illumination was slightly dim for studying..

The property is located just by the side of the food mart which is very near to durgapur city centre and auto is easily available. Hotel is good and cozy. Provides complementary breakfast. Foods are good and tasty. Clean rooms and beds. Toilets are also properly cleaned. Staff and manager are well behaved. Rental car on demand is available from out sources. We enjoyed our stay here.
