Review Of Hotel City Inn

I was there at durgapur (benachiti) for just 1 day. Found this hotel having 3. 9 rating at mmt. And mostly it was under my company approved budget. So i booked a room here for myself. The room was well maintained especially the washroom. And staff behavior was very polite and food quality was also very good and affordable! so overall a 5 on 5 hotel if you are looking for a pocket friendly and decent hotel at durgapur.

For the money paid stay was ok. Service quality is very much bengali style; polite but unprofessional. Behavior of the staff was pleasant. Location is good, though situated inside a narrow lane off a main road. Open parking was available.

Staff are maintaining social distancing, room is good and after all parking facility is there.

Room was small, bed was dirty and smelly, blanket and towel was very dirty and suffocating, no dish connection in room, staff was very rude, they even charged money to provide clean towel bedsheet. It was worst experience. Dont recommend anyone to stay

Food is good, but room is not good

The stay was like staying in at home. With all the basic amenities and hygiene maintenance done.

This room is ideal for solo travelers looking for overnight stay. Very clean room, big led tv. Rent is less. Only drawback is the room is small and have no window. Won't like to stay in daytime. It's ideal for just to sleep and have rest for few hours.

It was really a surprise to me as I couldn't expect it. Hotel was very good, clean and rooms are very nice and compact. Food quality is really nice a plus point for staying over there, very homely atmosphere and very near to GT road just few meters away from Bhiringi more. The main market of Benachity just a little far away but easily connected by Bus and Toto. Overall I will recommend everyone who are going to Durgapur for business trip as well as any leisure trip. For me I'll definitely stay there in my next trips. Thank you make my trip for availing me such a nice place for staying in Durgapur.

I've stayed in this Hotel for two days. Within these days i've experienced their good foods as per my order and the good behaviour of the delivery boy. Thanks to make my trip and the staffs of the Hotel City Inn at Durgapur.

Location is good. Food also good. Tv and internet service problematic. Only Zee Channel available. Internet service available only in the ground floor.

Good one for working stay alone or for work purpose

In this price range hotel is too good. And the main reason to stay in the hotel is a low-cost budget with better accommodation.

Please train the room service people properly & provide the room cleaning service on time. Very disappointed with the service. Won't book again.
