Property location is good, but when we order food then it takes long time because food comes from their another place. Facility is not very good

As per rules my booking time at 11.00 am. but i am reached with my family at 4.15 p.m. at that time they said me, ur room not available right now. hotel reception told me they able room after 5.30 pm. afer that i am requesting for use some washroom for changing. they give us a washroom for 10 minutes. after that they provide me after 5.00 pm. as per rules water free service. but they nit provided me a single drop of water as a complementary. its a 3rd grade hotel service.

10.00 am is checkout time and 9.27 the told after 10.00 am they charge 300rs per our its ok they have that rules . but they should told that think on the time of checking . I have to pay 300rs extra its not good I fill that

They don't have laundry service nor do they have other things . They told us to check out at 10 :00 Am as per our property rules. They disconnected the fan connection in the morning at 9 Am .

It's was a very nice stay , the hotel staffs were very polite and friendly, their food was delicious and that too under affordable prices, they also got Bengali thalis in their menu at a very reasonable price. The check-in process was also hassle free.
