It was a horrible experience and they had a strange system of taking photo of the payment transaction, for instance while checking in to the hotel, they asked us to show the payment history to the hotel and took pic of that. Again while settling the bill of their restaurant they asked for the same thing and when we refused in doing so the self proclaimed manager of the hotel even went on to the extend of threatening us to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. Never had such experience in a hotel where the fault is theirs.... we make online payment to so many places.... Nobody asks for pics of the transaction.... we aren't sure if it's genuine or not
