Hotel Reliance

Hotel is located at in an urban area. Elavator is often our of order. Rooms are okay and may require some maintenance. Some showers and taps water flow is obstructed with debris Staffs are fine and some are good. However, management may kindly ensure that suitable toiletries are provided to customers. The non-refund policy should be rechecked as unexpected changes can happen in travel and refusing to return payment for service not availed is not good.

I can say this is a good trip but about hotel one thing wrong there manager is not a good person there behaviour is too worst..

Very poor maintenance. Bathroom fittings are very old and not functioning well, they don’t have even heath faucet with commode.

The room and the bathroom was very old and very dirty. The light in the room is very very dim, no wifi available. The bedsheets had stain. I regret spending 1350 there. Terrible experience. Never ever i will book that hotel.

Terrible stay light was not working no drinking water was available there not good that hotel demanding extra charges bad behaviour. Thanks

I randomly viewed the hotels and found the best hotel for me in my budget range, a/c is in good condition, neat & clean hotel, the outside environment was tourist friendly, basic needs was easily available

This is very old hotel with new pictures uploaded. Air conditioner is horrible in all rooms. Surrounding good hotels are much cheaper than this.

I am not very much satisfied about my stay this time. The room I stayed was clean. But the A.C was an old window A.C and also doesn't work good. The biggest annoying thing about my stay was the western commode in bathroom 🚽 which was broken and doesn't clean as well the commode hand shower which was also broken. The cover of the sofa was very dirty. My breakfast was complimentary but I had to pay for the omelettes. Overall my experience was average.

Decent room. Airport connectivity is a problem. Overall good to stay. Very easy to locate right at the beginning of bhiringi chowk

Wasted my money by staying in this hotel. No lights in wash room, no hot water, bed was horrible. Bed was as hard as rock. Horrible hotel. Ire-commend

The deluxe room is pathetic..but the super deluxe room is superb...food is good 👍..staffs are roaming for Tips every time.. beware of mosquitos

Nice location near bhiringi more, own restaurant and bar. Staff behaviour are very good and helpful. Food quality is good. Bathroom littlebit need to be repaired. Overall nice stay.

Room was ok but old.Bathroom was but sink geyser flush was broken.A 1920's Ac was there.which was sounding like a plane 🤣.N about behaviour of the staff, they were very polite and helpful.

Rooms are reasonably well maintained. Staff behaviour very good. Room service is prompt. Hotel's food is good and reasonably priced. Hotel is located on nachan road, which is a market place with all sorts of shops and malls.

We had an exam at nit durgapur. Wr booked this hotel's 2 rooms. The gost was very low although we booked at a very later stage. Station to hotel was 180- by auto and hotel to nit was 30- per head by toto.

The hotel ac is window type and filters and knobs are broken. Hotel refused to change the room or ac. One sofa in the room was very dirty and covered by one bed sheet. Water coming form the tap in bathroom was very hot. It's very pathetic to bath by this water in this peak summer.

Very neat and clean room. Very clean bathroom, location is also very good as it is just in the middle of the market. Highly recommended.

Rooms are dirtiest i have ever seen, tea, food, ask for whatever and they send it after 3 reminders, they will start asking for charges for even water as you enters the room, staff is full of idiots, they say only one thing, saab bakshish. Rooms have everything broken, tea cups were dirty and unwashed, food was unhygienic, smelling drinking water, none picks up your call when you want to order something, forget about telecom units working in rooms. This is something i would term as a bad time in my life where i booked this hotel. How mm t can even keep such a gar-rage place in their list of hotels.

Bed was uncomfortable toilet was not clean staff behaviour is nice
