EXPERIENCE REGARDING CHECK IN

Poor Knowledge, Unhygienic Room, Bathroom is outside Room. They are not giving us room for not updated Aadhar of 2nd person, and had taken Rs.300 extra for that purpose. I really feel terrible what I had experienced by going there. I have called for support, but Make My Trip Authority didn't help me for anything..

Rooms with no ventilations, untidy bed sheet and pillows. If someone comes after 9pm completing his or her work has to pay 200/- as service charges for opening the gate. I came back from my work around 9:45 pm and had to pay 200/-. Moreover the behaviour was very rude and unprofessional.

It was a horrible experience, never expected this kind of service.. What you booked was totally different.. The room size was so small there was not attach bathroom and more there was no cleaniness.. Dirty bedsheets.. Seriously it was horrible..
