Worst hotel i have ever experienced before like this. Room quality is very bad. Behaviour is very bad. Food quality is very bad. Now let's see the breakfast quality tomorrow morning.

rooms are definitely worth praising but the food is par excellent. definitely recommend

breakfast is poor 😔, all are okay. Location is well placed. good behaviour. room are clear & clean, safe. Wash room okay.

The check in was denied, i arrived at 2 am, they were rude and didn't have data that i was with one more person.

Room given was twin. Despite being shown as double on mmt. Breakfast was a set menu of hard leathery roti sabji and 1 egg(not even double) along-with watery tea despite other hotels offering buffet breakfast at this price point.

I saw first hotel with mosquito in bed room but no mosquito repellent is given. Food quantity and quality is below average in compare to food cost.

Good clean hotel with great service, food is also good, location is also nice has good transport availability, overall nice stay.

We liked the room and room services here but in the winter time we didn't get the geyser facility 24 hours.

The rooms are not clean. There is no gyeser in the bathroom. Water is licking in the bathroom tap

Good but make sure about check in time before arriving as well as room showed in photos are not same as provided otherwise well and good to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Very nice experience. I would like to suggest for low budget and very nice location near rail way station.

It is very nice compared to price. The location is very good near to durgapur railway station. Only problem is they don't give king bed whenever i booked.

The stay is suitable for those who need a proper decent stay with good travel-ling needs such as train or bus because it’s location is a plus point.

That room which was provided is not so good, i expect a better room at this cost. Bedsheet ar not well, it's very low quality and very old. It's need to be changed. There is no phone for contact room service or for emergency. And last but not the least room service was not good. The person who are gave us servis are not showing friendly behaviour. Thats all.

It was a good stay. Overall take care was done nicely, but they charge extra for mineral water, i was like 1000 ruppees and they want 50 more for what, water? otherwise it was fine.

Do not book this property if u want peace of mind and good sleep. No mosquito repellant. Tv is dead. Cleaning is below avg. Brake-fast including in package is horrific. You will get this in rs. 10 on raod. Tea is cold and tasteless. I never recommend this property for our official visit.
