Hotel room and washroom was not clean, room service service was also not good. On the time of check out, they said if i had booked hotel directly instead of make my trip, they would offer me better room and asked me to book directly if i visit next time. I am a regular traveler and always book the hotel and flight tickets to make my trip app i booked hotel kalpana in durgapur i forgot my purse at the hotel but the hotel staff denied me when i asked for cc tv footage they told me our network is not working properly. This was a very bad experience in my life about hotel kalpana in i know this is not a mistake by the hotel owner but hotel management be careful
