Room AC not working. Inform to reception from evening 8.30 pm to till mid night 1.30 am but no one come to check.

A fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. My room was immaculately clean, spacious, and offered a stunning view. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Dining at the hotel was a highlight; the food was delicious with a great variety of options. The amenities, particularly the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The central location made exploring the city effortless. Property is well maintained,room was big and clean ,though the 🛀 was not functioning firstly they did solve it food was good will surely recommend for family members.food price is on very higher side

Available facilities are okay, except the toilet.. Explanation was under renovation. Secondly from 5AM to 7AM no one was available to attend. Reply was staff shortage. They have no arrangement for vehicle. Food was good. Other things are okay.

Not worth for the money, try to get in the city
Food is not good, food service is quite delay. Toilets not good. Rooms are okay okay. It is better to get in the main city.

Fantastic place to visit and explore durgapur, and mind blowing

Poor Stay
It was a very uncomfortable stay. I requested one large bed but it was two single beds which were uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and there was a privacy issue.

Good hotel for short stay
soloRoom was clean. Good room. Service was good but options in breakfast was too less. Food was good. Washroom needs an upgrade
