Review Of Hotel O Kohinoor

i have booked the hotel (classic ac room; however, on reaching to the property yesterday, they said that we have no room available on this rate. We don't provide room or any other booking. They also said that they only had two types of room: non-ac and ac room. I showed them the booking details paper that i received; but they were very stubborn and rude-behaved not to believe this. Finally, we had to pay an extra 700- for booking an ac room for 1 day; for which they didn't provide any bill. The overall experience was terrible. The room was also dirty, absolutely not well-furnished, in the bathroom there was problem in pipeline and water was not coming! smelly rags were inside the almirah!

The hotel claimed 500- rs extra on top off the rate. The reception is pathetic, no one to attend and have to call multiple times the entrains stairs are really not in good shape and any elderly person cannot climb the pillows are really dirty the blanket smells like hospital as they do not clean them for eages. Not a trusted hotel they asked for extra payment for it.

Ok it was fine and well clean.

Best Hotel for business travelers and best staff.

Toilet is so dirty. It is not in a condition to use.
