Hotel O Sher E Bengal

My stay at this property was extremely disappointing. The room was in a very unhygienic condition — dirty floors, unclean linens, and a lack of basic cleanliness overall. The amenities were either poorly maintained or completely unusable, making the stay very uncomfortable. On top of that, the service was extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. I expected much better for the price I paid. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property, as it does not meet even the basic standards of hospitality.

the rooms are very small if you booked they will give you very cheap room's. the dogs are outside the room all time.. pooor hygiene maintain.. very small space room we booked queen beded room bt they give us total different room .. when I ask then they said there's no room available..

hotel service is good.

the hotel provides a single bed for two person. ac was not working. continue noise of cars . during dinner they provide very very dirty plates..... the water was also very dirty in the bathroom..... they charge extra for everything..... pls don't stay.... not recommended at all ... i repeat don't stay !!!!!! horrible experience.

Nice stay i had. I went there for my exam stay to be held on the next day. The staffs welcome me with great pleasure.

Very very small room and they didn’t change the room then i give 300rs extra then the owner changed the room

Rooms are terrible. Not recommended to anyone. No service, no water. Old rooms. Tiles rooms.

Notorious, after reaching in hotel tell me to give extra rs. 550, i gave them the said amount moreover they did-not gave me any money receipt, if this organisation run in this way no person will book any hotel from make my trip.

The hotel which i chose has hidden amount which doesn't showed or told us about and that got me in huge trouble the amount was more than 900 extra

On visiting the hotel we were asked to pay 500rupees more to check in and we were not ready to pay so couldn't check in

Both mm t and the property are a big cheater. After making complete payment to mm t regarding booking which include breakfast, lunch and dinner as complementary the property charged 2188- additional. Its a worst experience with mm t and the property mmt booked.

Waste food were kept on the way out.

First of all they extra for the room. The room was also terrible ac was not working room was extra small they even did-not provide complimentary breakfast never ever going to book from make my trip

My check shout start at 12 pm but i was keet waiting from 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm becuase they said that there is no room. I have never seen such a worst system. Food quality was not good. My brekfast was also not served that was included.

We would like to inform sadly date the hotel staff asked more money to stay d ere and literally fed up and we dint check in also i want to proceed with full refund of my booking and i never reccomend makemytrip to any one in my family or friend

Worst hotel, no clean, booked along with breakfast, but they cheated. Cigrette smell inside room, ac not working, toilet is bad waste of money

The hotel was too good. We wanted a private place to spend time, and that's what we got. The food was good, the service was also good. The hotel was superb
