The room was fantastic, clean and spacious, convenient location, services very good, the staff were friendly and helpful

The stay was not at all smooth, we were denied booking when we tried to check in and had to wait almost 30 mins after we called the make my trip customer care and then they called and sorted it out. Poor amenities

Please do not put these kind of hotels under your list and loose your credibility. The stay was horrible, no proper assistant were provided. Car parking was the biggest issue, no space and no one to guide, literally need to wait for 10 - 15 minutes to park the car. Awful power cuts through out the day. Please do not suggest for families and lower your standards.

No soap no brush was provided. Bathroom was not tidy enough. Just ok. The manager was prompting the stayed people to give five star. It is actually worth of only four or below
