The rooms were neat but small. We were allotted 101 & 102 on 1st floor but this hotel does not have lift. We had to carry all the luggage ourselves as there was no helping hand provided by the hotel. There are No Vegetarian Hotels nearby, the nearest is Adyar Ananda Bhavan (A2B) which is not within walkable distance. Commute by vehicle is necessary. The beach was within walkable distance from the hotel around 400 meters.

Next going to check property manage is saying no rooms are available. it very worst. immediately connected to customer they keep on telling wait for 10 min 10.mins . waited upto 10.30 there is no positive response from customer care. we went from there and back to home. we travelled 70 kms from city and faced such a worst experience. Money also not refuned. In customer care they saying no policy for refund but policy for cheating customer after getting the money. don't book in makemy trip app
